Having never taken a tour with Collette before, I didn't know what to expect. I was extremely pleased with how easy things were to deal with. Being met at new locations and having an excellent tour director and bus driver made it a delightful trip.Hope Sikes

Well Don couldn't be any better. I have gone on tours with other companies and he can't be beat. One of the things is like when we got into Bar Harbor just before Dark and if want to eat at a decent hour you have to scramble to find a place to eat supper cause that was on our own. Usual supper time for me is 6 PM just saying. bus driver was super good too. oh loved the place picked for the get to know you meal. Was fun and really good ice breaker. Did like that there were plenty of bus breaks. Don kept us informed of what to expect all the way. ok Hotels they were Good not not quite hit the excellent button yet.

The hotel room in Portland was poorly lighted, which several in our group complained about. That's my only complaint.

Too many unnecessary stops for bathroom breaks. Stopped in towns with nothing to do. Should have gone directly to the nice hotels and should have never stayed at the last motel. A Motel for a tour at this price was unacceptable.

I had to find my own restaurants too many times even though you supplied us with names so many were over booked. Would have rather paid up front more and had you pick and pay for restuarants
